Workplace Safety Plan

The owners of C&L Construction, Inc. believe that a zero accident environment is attainable.

To attain this goal we have teamed up with National Compliance Management Services, Inc. and DAC Services formerly known as STA United. These combined efforts allow C&L to network with teams of experts.

Our Health and Safety Program includes:

Continuous training in good health and safety practices for all employees;

Implementation of written health and safety rules and the requirement of all employees to comply with these rules as a continuous condition of their employment;

Providing necessary personal protective equipment and instructions for its use, care, maintenance, replacement and disposal;

Thorough investigation of every accident to determine the cause(s) and action required to eliminate the problem(s);

Continuous health and safety inspections for the identification and elimination of unsafe work conditions or practices.
