Lee Ann Hixson is the General Accounting Manager. She oversees the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll Departments. In addition, she maintains the financial reporting required by the bonding company, lenders and suppliers. She has 20 years of experience in banking and accounting, which includes office management, human resource and benefits management, personnel management, LAN administration, computer training and marketing.

Her training includes human resource management, business administration, computer, office machines, business speaking and various business training seminars.

After graduating high school, she attended classes at Tyler Junior College in Tyler, Texas and later Autry Technology in Enid, Oklahoma.

Alice Worth is the Human Resource Manager and Safety Coordinator. She has 14 years experience in her field that includes, screening resumes and applicants and matching candidates to available positions. She has maintained evaluations, implemented wage increases, administered medical, dental, profit sharing and 401(k) programs.

She has also been responsible for maintaining compliance of Federal and State Labor laws. She specializes in workmen’s compensation administration including tracking, investigating, identifying and appraising situations contributing to workplace injuries.

She is first responder CPR certified.
