Bernie Milligan is the manager for the Texas area. He has over thirty years of management experience in the communication, consulting and construction arenas. His experience includes the design, engineering, implementation and management of multi-million dollar projects in the commercial and federal government business sectors, and various levels of supervision and management from a line supervisor to Divisional Vice President of a nationwide sales and marketing group. He has worked 20 years with Centel/Wiltel and 10 years with CTF Specialists, Inc. The last 10 years have been dedicated to consulting and supporting the Natural Gas and Petroleum Industry.
